You know how momentum conserves between stages i was thinking that after the red door it might be possible to get onto the upper section of the next stage next to the checkpoint. that would save a couple of seconds.

I found that you can kill yourself under the yellow key door to warp back to the start if you skip the checkpoint that strat along with optimisation can save a ton of time
