New timing rules have been introduced and they are as follows

• Time starts on the first frame that the bomb is visible to the defuser
• Time ends on the first frame that the "Bomb Defused" text is visible to the defuser

All runs on the board prior to this update have already been retimed - congrats to anyone who got a world record out of this lol

Extreme, All Difficulties, and Brutal categories all allow less than 4 players now, sorry that that was not already in place
