Run made with a DOSBox emulator.

This run was a part of the Games Done Swiftly charity event, organised by the Tr3 Gamers (https://www.twitch.tv/tr3gamers/) on 29.11-1.12 to raise money for the kids in Tampere University Hospital.

The run took place in the middle of a night. Despite being very tired, I managed to play decently well.

There were some rough mistakes on the earlier levels (forgetting to hire certain staff members on time, mostly). On the later levels I still had to carry out more quick save / load than necessary. Oftentimes I failed to prevent the surgeons from demanding outrageous pay rises, costing me five-figure losses in the later levels. Nevertheless the surgeons behaved pretty well this run - I didn't lose much time because of them glitching. First time they broke I avoided the consequences with quick save / load, with the second time giving the surgeons the boot resolved the glitch.

All in all, I am very happy with this run. I had wished to achieve a run of under 7 hours. Little did I know that this run would end up being a bit more than 5.5 hours.

I believe the run could even be brought under 5 hours mark with a lot of practise and some luck. I'm probably not going to try it unless I have a good reason to do so. I'd hope to see someone try it!
