To re-enable the console in this game you have to go through a short process of setting it up:

1. Download this
2. Extract to somewhere on your computer(does not matter where)
3. Change the process in the .ini file to either:

Windows Store Version: IndianaWindowsStore-Win64-Shipping.exe

OR

Epic Games Store: IndianaEpicGamesStore-Win64-Shipping.exe

4. Run the injector exe when in Outer Worlds main menu
