Mod Notes:

• Since this is PlayStation and there is a 2.5 second wait after every ticket is given, a total of 12.5 seconds was deduced from your total time (which I called your "subtotal time").
• Your subtotal time is just from after the count down ends (and I saw that your car was able to begin accelerating) to after the 2.5 second delay for the last ticket given was over.
• I calculated the distribution as follows, where I slowed down video playback to x 0.25 speed to be more accurate:

Paris: 00:15.000 - 02:19.480 = 02:04.480

New York 02:46.500 - 07:06.000 = 04:19.500

Rome 07:32.900 - 09:36.850 = 02:03.950

Hong Kong 10:03.000 - 12:23.400 = 02:20.400

London 12:49.150 - 13:39.190 = 00:50.040

Subtotal = 11:38.370

Total = 11:38.370 - 12.500 = 11:25.870

(I haven't converted the previous two PC runs to in-game time yet, but when I do, I will of course not subtract 12.5 seconds from their total time, as there is no delay when a ticket is given in that game version.)
