Could there be a category for 100% runs?

What would qualify for 100%? Is there things to collect? I didn't think there was anything like that. 100% seems pointless.

But really the only things I could see being required for 100% would be the gnomes, the revolver, and somehow working in the QR codes. I'd be open to figuring out requirements for something like that 😛
