What about All Dungeon Stars, where you'd have to get all the stars of each dungeon (including bowser's castle), would show off a lot more of the dungeons and would make for interesting routing
New Whomping Willow Skip, works on Xbox, hasn't been tested on GCN or PS2.
I think I say in my notes, if I remember correctly, that you don't have to go to gringotts as it's not a requirement for 100%.

Yeah, that invisible ledge has been known about for a while, you're just slightly too low to be able to grab the ledge above, I tested it for a while a year and a bit ago and couldn't get it to work.
What happens if you save and quit, the reload the file, does the flag still not update?
There was a skip to skip putting out the fires and pressing the buttons by clipping through the stairs, but it seems like it doesn't set the flag for the challenge to be finished, so you can't continue afterwards.
It once again would have to be tested to see if there is an effect on load times.
If you wanted to go for an optimal time, you would have to invest in an NTSC copy of the game. You can make you Wii region free by using homebrew, which is what I do, as for the fastest copy, NTSC and JP seem nearly identical in terms of speed, so there isn't a massive difference between them. Obviously, this is all dependant on whether emulator is faster than console or not.
The PAL version of the game is definitely slower than the NTSC version, also I run on Wii.
I would assume that emulator has faster loads than console, but it's something that would need to be tested.

The reason I think the first category is different from an IL is that it goes from starting a new game to "beating" the game using the In-Game cheats, and is done from a new file, what I could do is make Any% w/Cheats into Restricted Cheat%, and move it to being a miscellaneous category, and then add a cheat% category if anyone completes a run?
What could be a possible solution is if you have Cheat% which is basically input code, go to final boss and win, and then have something like Restricted Cheat%, where you ban the all levels code?
If someone completes a run of All Snapshots, and it doesn't go up to 100% in-game, I'll add an All Snapshots category to make the category more interesting to run
