Incredible strategies you've got here for survival, I'm sure one particular runner on the discord will be looking on with interest :D
There are 43 quintillion (43,252,003,274,489,856,000) ways to arrange the patterns on a Rubix Cube
as of posting this new announcement on top of the earlier one we'd have had just about one weekend day and a weekday to learn the route and place in the top positions lol still wish anyone running the very best of luck :), really should start trying all these speedrun challenges that are coming up.
real fact: China despite it's size uses one singular timezone for unity, in the Winter, parts of Tibet and Xinjiang won't see the sunrise until after 10am
joke fact: EA's new launcher is a pile of shite

as of posting this, this account has nothing totally suspicious to report, but I'm certain it will by the time star checks it ;D
edit: I stand corrected, no point reporting stuff that isn't there yet on a semi-experienced whim.
You would have to reach out and ask a moderator of one of the games or a game and the series if they'd consider adding a category for it. Don't request adding a new series, reach out to one of the current series mods about it - in some cases, they may be willing to create a board for 'Multiple Starcraft Games' if there's a reasonable call for it in the community and it's approved by site staff, or to have a general category extensions page for the series, that's been done with stuff like Fallout and Ratchet and Clank off the top of my head.
One thing I will say is a while ago I posed a similar question but it's a bit differently framed, in the sense that they're the best at their main/famed for game https://www.speedrun.com/speedrunning/thread/valjz
just don't respond to this thread if you're passing by, don't want to create a public collage of people taking personal jabs at each other. Speedrunning games is so diverse in it's individual achievements you can make some argument for a lot of runners being overrated or underrated. Unless you're talking about largely popular speedrunners who are famed for cheating or, like you said, being deliberately arrogant whilst retaining a loyal following then yeah... can't immediately think of anyone like that fortunately :D
https://www.speedrun.com/user/IAmAdward/info good ol' adward is back
can't wait for Minecraft to have the rejected leaderboard, tied 1st place with 1000 1ms rick rolls that insult the moderation staff in the description. but sorry yes @SioN is quite right, no reason at all for them to appear on the leaderboard and mods do have the ability to look through rejected runs, people may not want the reason publicised and it would be incomplete with many people deleting their rejected runs.
unfortunately that's being reported more and more recently with new accounts, all the above fixes except for making a new account are sensible to try and are known to have some effect though :)
geez I hope if it's added for a community to this site that the moderation is competent :D usually has worked itself out well for MoistCritikal so... here's hoping.
I might be disagreed with strongly but I wanted to propose two changes, despite the game still being in its development (in theory).

In the full-game run I consistently stutter and can't move the mouse for the first second of the first level, which I wondered if anyone else has experienced. If so it might make more sense to time runs from the first input, despite everyone being at possibly the same disadvantage already, than from the fade-in. Might make that tiny bit of time easier to play in.

Would there be any chance of an Any% 'No OoB' category or 'Glitchless' any%? I'm personally fairly capable of the current strats but having a more straightforward category does encourage new runners in my experience, and I sort of miss the routing that now gets completely cut out by the OoB skips. Additionally from poli's streams, I can see the potential for further out-of-bounds glitches and it's becoming a very different overall route and set of strategies. 'No OoB' could be fun in a different, more combat-friendly way :D
