It was still verified under the wrong category, which is what caused it to get deleted it.
You can resubmit like I said under any%, but its going to be frowned on for being the incorrect category submission.
Originally, you may of mistakenly submitted the run under 100% (we do have auditlogs to verify) so your run for it was removed since that category requires video on all runs at this time.
If you meant to submit it under any%, you can actually go ahead and submit that there but keep in mind any runs under 1:25:00 require a video. If your run is longer, you are welcome to submit it...just make sure to submit the run under the right category.
The rules stated for 100% was "Video proof is required", this category currently does not have a hard set limit like any% since we are unsure how much time is gained from NTR usage so at this time we want to see video proof on all runs. Your submission had no video provided or anything of that nature and was mistakenly verified.
Rules have not been altered and have been in stone according to the auditlog many months ago, sorry for the trouble but it is enforced and it will eventually change once a limit is decided.
Also is there some reason you can't use your other account? Is it a password problem? If so, you should get ahold of Pac via Discord or Kirkq via Twitter.

It was brought to my attention (and this is my fault for never noticing) that you can setup specific minigames for "Solo Mode, All Boards". This means its possible setup minigames for the mode to get a time edge, now I originally never intended the category to be ran like this but I see as being unfair for those who were running for the sake of running.
To remedy this issue I decided to split the category and officially add a real "Any%" category for Solo Mode, All Boards and marking the old category as "CF" which means "Completed File" or "Custom File" as you are allowed to setup your settings ahead of time for your run. The "Any%" category is more of how I envisioned the game to be run a very long time ago, basically you will start your runs from the file selection screen (default settings ONLY), you must at least complete all three boards once and collect 100 stars to unlock and play the credits. This means there is a real end-goal now, and to keep true to the mode I feel playing on the three boards is ideal.
I also made a few other adjustments; difficulty modes are no longer subcategories, they are now filtered instead. Basically, your fastest overall run will always be displayed as the default and you can fliter out runs that have done "Weak, Normal, etc" to compare their times against yours.
I have also adjusted the game rules a little players are now able to play the game on any device or third party software as they see fit however to keep them still restricted you cannot compete with top 3 competitive times it is hard to define a penalty with these so I think this is the best solution at this time. I have also made the rules a little bit more clear.

You know, I'm not too sure because when that Tiger handheld game was submitted it was for sure digging into the bottom of the barrel. We allowed that one (not all however) because it could actually be completed from start to finish like most typical games...assuming this game is like this is as well it'll be looked into but yes, it would be a new game request.
At the least though, the run linked up above is basically what we'd want and a good explanation because of the obscurity of them.
If you can't reach anyone and the community just isn't there anymore, do what you feel is best for the leaderboard. Choose to keep the runs, make a thread for others explaining the changes and why those runs remain or move them to a legacy category for "safe keeping".
There's no reason to daunt on this in my opinion, if you believe you can move the leaderboard forward then that is enough. There is always some anxiety handling this stuff, but you shouldn't let your feelings control what you believe is best for the leaderboard, there is always an uncertainty of the future but that's normal with anything, just do your best.
I appreciate the rules were amended (although again, doing it silently is not a good sign) but the remaining issue still remains with enforcing people to use two specific sites to upload runs. What Liv is very true, since NES games run at 60.0988 and even if you wanted to enforced those websites, unless they literally matched the frame-rate on the video and those social media sites allow a custom FPS like that, you are still stuck having to manually frame-count it no matter what you do.
Do away with this rule, I can tell you have the right intentions but its pretty bad and it will restrict this games growth for those wanting to run it. There are genuine solutions and Sey did provide a good resource if its that much of a problem.
These rules are ridiculous, unless you can proof something is wrong with the videos in question I recommend to do away with some of these requirements as Seydie summed it up pretty well. As a moderator for this game you should be retiming every run as they are submitted, you cannot literally go by a timer included in a video because they are never completely accurate because of human nature (which if you are supposedly frame counting then why in the world are you enforcing people to include a timer?).
You also cannot enforce someone to include a gamepad viewer or an input display easily on consoles and there shouldn't be a reason to enforce 60FPS and don't get me started on forcing people to use those social media websites only.
Aside of having to retime the current run, you don't have a strong case that anything is wrong with the videos provided and the rule changes weren't even discussed with the community. I already find it fairly suspsions these rule changes came extremely recently and they almost feel like they are purposely discriminating china runners (and probably other regions).
I strongly advise to do away with some of these enforcements of the rules.
