Hello. Can someone explain how to skip Kracko? No matter how much I searched for information on this, no matter how much I watched other speedrunners' runs, I can't find anything. So, how do I jump under the spike before the battle with Kracko? I understand it's very difficult, but I would like to understand the technique of this skip

So, eelusion's explanation covers mostly everything, but not the extra starting frames, which enable faster align strats. Having 3 frames to pick from is also easier.

Feel free to ask here if you're having trouble with any given step, as getting this image to accurately portray the process was pretty exhausting. I've done double-checking, but might have made mistakes somewhere.
