Hello! I'm Derpu. I'll be talking to you about Pacifist% today.

First off- you cant kill someone in a way which would trigger a kill machine (kill healthinizer, kill ammunizer, kill profiter) the only two ways (as of Alpha 60F) is to use a Haterator (or hack a cop bot as hacker) or order someone aligned to you to fight (neither the person(s) aligned to you or their target's deaths will count against you). However, you can HURT people as long as you dont deal the killing blow. With that in mind, it's not a good idea to choose a class centered around KILLING people. Putting them to sleep is fine. One thing to note is that you can't (as far as i know) put robots to sleep, so watch out for Cop Bots.

Doctor seems like a pretty viable class for Pacifist%, as they start with tranq gun which can take out a enemy silently and nonlethally, and has a ability to 1-shot sleep someone they sneak up on that recharges in moments. You can use a tazer + chloroform combo to take out enemies, but the tazer takes longer than the hankie to recharge. You can use leaf blowers, which can push people away (and possibly through walls, opening paths). Three important things to take note about doctor- He cant use any lethal weapons (Banana peels, shotguns, etc), he cant chloroform hankie people wearing a Gas Mask, and he can use his fists.
