You can use teleportation to get to stuff quicker. You basically teleport to shops, drug dealers, etc. in the direction of the mission you want to get to, it will save time. Also if you doin a pacifist run you will probably want to get loneliness killer (since npcs killing dont count as you killing someone). Playing as doctor during pacifist run or just during a regular run but you're probably doing pacifist if you're doctor, if you punch walls people look in that direction, so if somebody has their back against a wall just hit the wall to their left or right and then get behind them and chloroform.
