Im 10 but about to be 11 but submitted runs. Am i breaking the rules? Do you have to be a specific age to submit or speedrun?

The only rule is to not disclose your age. You need to be at least 13 to use this site.

If I get banned, I can always just send site staff some ID and prove I'm old enough to use the site.
However, it's an obvious joke in this case.

Edit: I wouldn't post something like this on twitter or yt though, that might actually get me suspended with no way to get my account back.
Or worse, I'd be forced to make all my videos "for kids"

@NoeZip you have to be 13. It's possible to be allowed while you being a younger user on some exceptions, but that's something the speedrun.com moderators need to decide. You got banned unfortunately, so that means that they don't accept you. I think the exceptions circumstance happens if you are less than a year younger than 13, or if they just think you are mainly eligible to stay here, but those chances are less than 55% possible because some people are picky among ages.

Don't feel left out, once we get too old, you will be our future.

10-11 years is way too young for this site, I highly recommend to practice gaming, and come back when you are fully 13.

they only allow people under 13 on the site if they don't know that it's a 12 year old. There are actual laws that require them to ban anyone who is under 13. People who are 12 years and 11 months would be banned too.

Yep, it's the law, it's not some sort of permission based on what the site mods decide. Otherwise, they go to jail, do not pass go and do not collect $200.
