I did a run on Stay Out The House about a month ago and i still haven't got accepted? I don't think the person who owns this run is even active anymore.

you should try to contact them on their socials but if you dont get a response you can aply to replace them in the support hub

They made him a mod in under 24 hours, elo support is working fast today.

One week is not enough to report on that. Wait at least 3 weeks and contact moderators of the game after.
