Whoa this is awesome, I just dl'd it and it already had Resident Evil 2 on there (super convenient). I don't have access to a computer where I live right now, so this is a lifesaver, thanks man!

Yes. Use the splits.io ID of the splits you want to use and put it under Quickstart.
