You can go out of bounds in the supercomputer area in several places using keyboard movement, and this run shows the best shortcuts I could find, with how the game tracks what floor you're on.

You can also pre-input 2 coordinates while traveling in the time pod. I had the most success clicking a few times on the 1st button, then hitting Enter a few times on the 2nd just before landing.
