I explained it a lot better in #fullgame-speedruns. What can I say, except obs eats small kittens for breakfast. From now on I'm probably going to try and local record right away just in case this shit keeps happening with the dropped frames. Hopefully, it won't lag when I start a recording whenever or whatever.
