I learned you could toggle a minimap on and that lets you see where all the kraken crystals are and the layouts of the levels, which was extremely helpful in helping me save time lol.

Could probably be sub 1:10 if routed well enough. Maybe even better if someone could learn to perfect movement from getting damage boosts from getting hit.
