This was played on Sega Genesis (Model 1) with cartridge. A long time in the making, I was prepping to play this for the BlastTheProcess event taking place this weekend and SGDQ submission. Obtained this PB with cleaned up movement, good boss kills including a one cycle kill on Round 2 boss. Even had a death here and there, and took some areas safe. We can definitely go higher.
