When you take the spring up to the bridge, you have to be careful to not move Sonic further than the minimum amount needed to land on the bridge. This will prevent the saw blades from activating early and they won't get in your way at all. In this video, I play on a smaller width to avoid having to worry about that.
CD93 One Way Door position restored, standing where the door is will manipulate the Light Bulb Badniks into intersecting on top of each other mitigating your need for the invincibility box.
After damaging myself during the boss I do an early jump to time my attack more precisely.
Robotnik attacks sooner from the left side of the screen, so I use the invincible Super Peel Out method for the final hit.
