Run done to virtual perfection for a 29.46 Came up with a new route for Wacky Workbench 2 to let us get a sub 30 second time!

Stuttered on purple during the Moonwalk to adjust for timing of the Wonder Mega Boing Boing cycle. I feel this is basically a perfect run of the Act.

This was the last non-boss act to not be speedrun in under 30 seconds apart from Tidal Tempest 2

Extra thank you to SonikkuStar who discovered the Wonder Mega Boing Boing which I use off of a 3 tap spindash to bounce twice off of the workbench and thread the needle through the top route without any annoying Hspin Platform RNG needed to jump past a freezejet and an unfortunately placed block!

Mod Note: Run retimed to 29.88. You may only subtract the amount of additional frames that are added to the timer due to the bug if the video includes the last instance of the in-game timer prior to the run.
