Honestly this run was pretty insane this is the same time the WR guy got on Sonic CD 1993 version (timer skipped 600 milliseconds at the beginning) could this be lowered? Maybe idk I bet it could but it would take a really long time, but if it was, that would be really awesome for this Special Stage.
