Good enough for me

Moderator Note from Distro December 17 2023: This run uses carryover but the decision was to not reject it after the recent rule change to ban carryover from Any%. The time save in this case from carryover is minimal (if any at all). Anyone attempting this IL can shave off minutes compared to this run with the later discovered native dialogue setting change to skip the vent dialogue. Future runs with carryover will be rejected.
