Miles "Tails" Prower is hereby banned from the National Operative & Organizational Representatives of Flying Animals and Objects (NOORFAO) for being an inconsistent flyer and a complete wuss when it matters. This ban is effective immediately and shall last no fewer than ten (10) years, upon which a re-evaluation shall take place.
