If you are using dxwnd to keep the game in windowed mode, there os a option to "jail" the mouse in the DxWnd settings.
I'll just change it, nobody has done a run in that category anyway.
One solution could be adding a new variable with the settings pre rescale and post rescale
I personally prefer controller, easier to control character that way. Also important to bind livesplit or your timer to the controller.
A 650 should be good enough for ETS2, but i always play on the lowest setting cause you get better load times too.
The best way is probably to record in a lower resolution and turn all the settings in-game to the lowest quality. It also helps to use window capture rather than screen capture on OBS.
You need to open the file you downloaded with 7-zip (http://www.7-zip.org/) or another file compression program.
I just found out a way to play it in windowed. You need to download DxWnd (https://sourceforge.net/projects/dxwnd/files/latest/download). After you launch it press "Add" under the "Edit" tab, on "name" type Chicken Little on "path" select Chick.exe and on "Launch" select "Launcher.exe" from the chicken little game directory and press OK. After that you can launch the game from DxWnd.
I just did some testing and the glitch happened every time when i used the steam version of the game but when i tried the CD version it never worked. I think the only difference between the version is that the steam version if forced in window mode, and the CD version is forced fullscreen mode, so maybe that is whats causing it.
If you use OBS Studio (Not OBS Broadcaster) you can add madagascar as a window capture right after you start the game, but you have to do it before it reaches the main menu because then it won't work, you also need 2 screens for this to work.
I'll remove the ones that are emty. Do you have any suggstions of new categories?
But if you use the call assistance service, the in game timer progresses much more than if you would have driven there normally so i don't think it needs to be banned. And it would be bad if every time the truck tipped over the run was over because you can't call service. The best way to fix this is probably to add an in-game time option or divide every category into RTA and IGT.
I also think that the in-game timer is very inaccurate. Maybe "in-game time" should be changed to "without loads" and we time each split manually instead of using the in game timer.
Yeah, i think it would be funner to do runs without the call assistance.
