Runs are retimed by mods when verifying them so we'd adjust it if you put in a wrong time, however it makes our job easier if you put in the correct time.
The point of april fool jokes is to make a joke that could be a somewhat reasonable thing, or bait people into watching something where it'll get increasingly obvious it's a joke. You are literally just copy pasting a thing that annoys everyone on here. This isn't humour.
Just no. You can't even fly up to rocco before triggering the checkpoint at the bottom AND you don't have a parachute. You only get free parachutes after minor turbulence. You are also MASSIVELY underestimating the amount of time you are wasting doing all of that.

a stable framerate is more important than good quality, but yes generally your run should still get accepted with those settings. I don't know a lot about lowering file size but rendering should be decreasing the file size so with bad internet this can speed up the process.
only the first out of 5 pulling favour missions is required to progress the story. That category would need to either start from a new game, or from a savefile. Simply starting "after the third way" allows too many variables that would need to be controlled. Like stored vehicles, purchased weapons etc.
you could try suggesting it to category extensions if you really want (although that also requires you to actually do the run and come up with meaningful rules, allowing mission skips does not make a lot of sense if you allow cheats, also limiting which cheats to use doesn't either tbh). But yea technically speedrun.com doesn't allow cheats in runs but I assume they are fine with it in meme runs as some of those categories exist, won't ever happen on the mainboard tho.
actually I got things a bit confused. You are meant to have a micro smg as franklin. you always do during long stretch. I missed the coloring by 1 row in the spreadsheet, I had SMG listed as fine instead of micro SMG for franklin. So I changed that now. micro smg franklin allowed for blitz play, smg not. And for michael. Yes cops on carbine rifles actually drop SMG, you were right. It's just that in most runs you wouldn't pick one up naturally, so michael will stay disallowed for now.
yea not sure how you got the smg from killing cops on carbine rifles, you never do that on pc. Additionally they're always holding carbine rifles in their hand so they should be dropping that instead? It might be a difference to console but really not sure. For Franklin maybe one of the enemies on long stretch drop a micro SMG. I checked pc savefiles and some runs but couldn't see anyone having a micro smg aswell which is why it's excluded. You possibly just ran over bodies that most people don't is my best guess.
But yea if you simply don't use those (or only after having visited ammunation during assassination since you could buy it there as franklin) you're good.
Sounds like a fun thing to try out but I doubt anyone wants to sit through the entire game doing this. It will certainly not be a category on this leaderboard. You could try suggesting it to the category extension leaderboards, but they don't just take every idea either + best to run it first, then submit. But again I don't suggest doing the whole game like this, it'll become frustrating.
yea I guess could add them to the level leaderboards, definetly not a "all epsilon missions" category tho. I'll look into it.
while this definetly should've been noticed by the mod who verified it(can't see anymore who did because you deleted the run), one way to prevent that for yourself in the future is by simply having a timer running. Doesn't need to have splits or whatever, just have a simple timer run on your phone. Then at the end of the run you can compare your phone-timer with the length of your video and you'll notice smth like this.
why does filtering not change anything? Because you aren't listed as #1 on your profile with that? Speedrunning shouldn't be about bragging about your "accomplishments" or collecting trophies on your profile page. You have the option to compare yourself to others using the same platform and that is really all you need to see how good you're doing. Also a question regarding this: I have no clue how to quickly see wether a run is done on xboxone or ps4 (you can tell ps3 vs ps4 or xbox360 vs xboxone easily due to new gen stuff) but is there an easy way to see the difference between xboxone vs ps4 aswell as xbox360 vs ps3? If there isn't, that could have a big impact on the accuracy on the leaderboard when everyone can just enter whatever platform they want, without it being detectable.
well as I already said, if you simply buy bulletproof tyres and do the dupe, you won't have them anymore. The game converts all 3 gauntlets to the "default" ones. And if you don't do the dupe for whatever reason(there is none, because even if you mess up duping twice you can still dupe once which has the same effect to bulletproof tyres), then you upgrade the 3rd gauntlet with bulletproof tyres because that's the one franklin uses (which I also already mentioned). So I still have no idea what "new" thing you are trying to do here.
