A written guide is not really very useful to learn a speedrun. Idk why you keep searching for something when you've already found the best version of what you're looking for.

For me who also new to speedrun I watch Burhac trevor% tutorial video couple of time and it's really help me. Idk why you think written versuon is better. Or you need some kind of note to know what to do while doing the run?

I'd say, have a piece of paper with a brief summary on what to do during each split. and, of course, practice. I tried a Trevor% SR (footage sadly corrupted) and that came out to be a 1 hour 53 minutes run. not bad, considering that that was my first ever attempt and all I had to go off was Burhac's intro and tips. but, yeah, just keep practicing, you'll get there
