More context: The 2 main reason we want it gone is that it’s so similar to obtain all ores already & at points it’s hard for us to differentiate ores on low brightness recordings so as a result it makes us put those runs aside and slows down CE verifying.

Hey everyone, we have been considering getting rid of the Mine All Ores IL from Category Extensions as it is conflicts quite a bit with Obtain All Ores and to be completely honest is hell to verify. Pros of deleting:

• Category Extensions will be verified quicker
• We will also consider replacing it with a different IL
• It will stop the number of double submissions to both categories

Cons of deleting:

• Runs you might have grinded for will be removed

@SirQacksalot yes, any brightness mods count as an advantage and will be rejected.

No unless there is a glitched sub-variable (currently only in All Armor Pieces). This is a fairly new rule so if you are any runs that do use glitches in a category that doesn’t allow them, please feel free to contact any one of the mods. (:

Please read the rules! There is a conveniently placed "View Rules" button in every category and the Game Rules tab is universal. Show Coords is allowed, but Respawn Radius can't be touched.

No that would not be allowed as it is classified as an advantage for certain categories. Timing Rules

• Timing starts on the first frame of movement after world creation
• You may wait for a reasonable amount of time at the start of your run for the world to load
• During this time you may not move, but you may pause so that the world may load
• For cooperative runs, neither player may move during the the grace period

No actually, dragon skip is not allowed in all bosses glitched as the bosses have to be "killed" like the category suggests, not just go through the portal as any% is just beating the game not technically killing the dragon.

Just a heads up, night time does not start at 6 minutes in a minecraft world.

The second player only needs to record if they do anything important for the run that needs to be shown like killing a boss or obtaining a certain item.

I don't understand what you mean by 'timer mods' but any timer is allowed to be used in a run and the original video is not allowed to be edited.

No @GoldGamer32, you are allowed to edit in a timer, but not allowed to tamper with the original run video, although timers are not necessary as mods will retime your run for you.
