What are the rule for these settings
It is in the rules. There's even multiple threads on it. Just.. Just read them, it's not that hard.

Please read the rules! There is a conveniently placed "View Rules" button in every category and the Game Rules tab is universal. Show Coords is allowed, but Respawn Radius can't be touched.
