mod note: retimed to 3:58.630. by the way, next time you can try uploading the video to youtube and sharing that instead of a google drive link. the run is verified because i can view the video and it doesn't appear to break the rules.

Some Changes
Since it has been a while since I've played Project: SCP, I have returned to make some changes. Some rules have been modified due to being outdated which includes rules that require you to show the loading screen (which does not exist anymore). Second, we will not be going off of the in game timer
