What is max allowed gama? (5?)
And what is the mod speedrunners commonly use (like Couriway)?

The Max gamma is 5.0
And the mod speedrunners use is sodium and other fabric mods

By levels you mean gamma levels?
Higher gamma makes everything brighter and more visible
