Hell% requires a savefile with an empty car and no RP to be allowed for the run. Since, you cannot do the hard difficulty with a fresh savefile, I have decided to make one.
How to use:

Download the file

Rename the file to RoadOfTheDead1.sol

Put it into the correct savefile location
IF YOU'RE ON MACROMEDIA FLASH: Press Win+R and enter "%APPDATA%\Macromedia\Flash Player#SharedObjects\ZDRG7V36\onemorelevel.com", then replace that save file with this one.
IF YOU'RE ON RUFFLE Open the File Explorer, and go to
"C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\ruffle\SharedObjects\localhost" and replace the savefile with this one.
USER is your username, if you don't see the AppData folder, enable "Show Hidden Files" in the View button.
