Description
Tied Luna's run to the millisecond! Made possible by a faster jump at the second tower. It's likely not enough of a time save to get 26, but makes 27 a lot more accessible. This is my first speedrun in 6 months, and hopefully there will be many more to come! :)

Run timing changes
As some of you may have noticed, all new runs are now being timed with milliseconds, mostly to avoid a huge number of ties in IL runs. This means we will have to look through and retime all IL runs, as they do not currently use milliseconds. All IL runs with an unavailable video will be rejected
