Part two of run:

Once again my run is in two parts because of the limitation of my phone. But the timer is clearly visable between the two videos. Only a 5 second gap.

This run had much better practice skips overall. But the biggest thing that made this run faster was the Sneaky Spirits strat. I'll post a full description of the strat in the Guides section.

Overall, this time can still be beat by at least 2 seconds ( you'll understand when you read the Sneaky spirits strat guide)
