100% NMG SAVESTATES FOR EVERDRIVE N8

If anyone is having issues with the NMG savestates on Everdrive-N8, you'll need to use 1.21 or lower. The ED-PRO mapper 1 fixes that were backported to ED-N8 have a different register structure so the savestates won't work
