Goes to Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\Profiles\Profile folder; Can rename the file from 400 to 414 for each slot
Individual Levels (ILs) have been removed

The reasoning being that the in-game time that is displayed in the menu at the end of missions is flawed (as it is heavily dependent on FPS) and therefore not an accurate rep
