One of the stars in the air just before the crate section, the star on the first crate, and the last star.
Me and Proplayer are trying to improve this, by getting the box over the part where it is supposed to stop, but this seems to be impossible without collecting the star on the bridge
1 star in the air after the ramp, 1 star on the first box in the water and the last star of the level
To continue TylerdexDeluxe's part, it's also very hard to cornerjump when the box is not against a wall
K, sooooo I might have a theoretically possible way of getting the box at the start over the thing in the ground which is supposed to stop it without collecting that star. However, I say theoretically possible for a reason - its so hard. And I was trying without the enemy, which will make it like 10 times harder, but I think still theoretically possible:

you'll have to knock the enemy off the box, over to the right.
-
push the box to pretty much as far left as it will go
-
go over to the thing that is supposed to stop the box, run (roll I guess?) left, jump at the right time (about in the middle of the grass before the bridge) to land past the star, then jump again when you land into the box

if you hit the box just right, it will be diagonal and standing on one corner. Go back a bit and hit it again, and try to get under the box

now the hard part (yes the previous part was the easy part) balance the box above you and try to take it over to the right. You'll have to jump over the star and still catch the box (I haven't managed to do this yet) and also jump over the enemy.
Step 5 is the part I can't do/ don't know if is possible. Plus I still haven't hit the corner jump. Unfortunately I doubt this technique will ever see the light of day
As an update to people that care, both me and proplayer have got the box over the thing without collecting the star (not using the ridiculous method above) but the corner jump is still too hard

The only issue is one i brought up the other day - it's gonna be so annoying to try to do this in a run. It's gonna discourage basically every player, including myself. But it doesn't mean it can't be a category
The only things that keep this from being a 0%:

How do you do level 5? I can’t get enough momentum on the ramp while skipping stars
Level 5:
Just slow down on the ramp (jump over the first 3 stars) and go for it, but instead of jumping at the edge of the ramp, jump as late as possible in midair. If you timed it well, you'll land on the edge of the bottom platform and it'll let you jump on top of the platform.
Yea, I know, the only 3 stars are 1 star in level 5 and 2 stars in level 9. In glitched, you can skip all stars
For an easier jump at the ramp in 11, jump across the first 2 stars, and land on the side instead of flat ground. Then jump, and air jump after.
Congrats Miggle for doing something I do all the time! Aside that, you found it yourself like me.

Also I have got a quick 2 by: Set up the normal quick 2 (by jumping at the end of 1), then as soon as you clear the slope, hold jump, wall jump, and air jump.
Then, you could get suspension skip.
