I'm hoping it hasn't been abandoned but it just seems very inactive lately, most recent run was last month.
Yes, I am in the process of trying to verify/reject as many as possible as quickly as possible

New legacy categories will be uncreated for runs that use the mechanic formally known as downshift following its unremoval. Runs that do not use it will unremain in their respective categories.
