From France to New Zealand (or Aotearoa), From China to Liechtenstein, From the CSA to Shanxi to Tibet, there are lots of playable countries in the Roblox game that uses assets from Hoi4 and Eu4 (fun trivia fact I noticed) known as Rise Of Nations, with a bigger speedrunning community than the game that I presume it's named after, also called Rise Of Nations. Trivia ramblings aside, the main goal of this guide is to line up general Tiers for each country, With hopefully no inconsistencies, so that newcomers to the community know what tier each place is, specifically for Releasables, as they are thier own tier on the wiki. The two currently with formables (as of writing on Saturday the 11th Of December 2021), Shanxi and the CSA are Tiers IV-V, due to thier large size and decent starting economy, like other regional powers that aren't massively strong, like Saudi Arabia, Mexico, And South Korea. For the other Releasables, it starts getting a bit fuzzy though, albeit some, like palenstine, are very easy. Palenstine is a tier 1. It is an OPM, like most other Tier 1 nations (we'll get to that later). The other ones, mainly concentrated in China, are more complex, albeit some are quite simple. Sinkiang and Tibet have a decent land area, but not a lot of cities, and especially no 1m+ cities at start, so they are both tier 2 (II) . The other Chinese Releasables all vary from 3-6. Why 6? Simple. Anhui has a massive amount of manpower and a very, Very big city in the form of a minor place, not sure you've heard of it before, It's called Shanghai, one of the most populated cities at start date, only beaten by Tokyo, hence why it alone elevates Anhui to tier 6. Qinghai is tier III, and the rest are tier IV-V. With the exception of Bavaria and Texas, Both of which are tier 3, All other Releasables not mentioned yet are tier 2. Anyway, back to the OPMs are all tier 1 side note? Well, there arev2 exceptions to this rule, Hong Kong and Singapore, both of which are tier III due to having more than 20k troops, having 30k and 40k respectively. Also, I want to see the concesus on Luxembourg being tier 1 or 2 for reasons involving more categories of benelux,and Luxembourg's lack of land. Until the debate is concluded, put your Luxembourg benelux runs in either. For all other non mentioned countries, use the wiki, as I am too lazy to write over 100 different countries and their tier.
