I think a cycle is 3.766 seconds, which is 226 frames at 60 fps or 113 frames at 30 fps. So except for driving from the last red part to the finish line on Lap 5, your final time is set on a set increment from the cycles. Notice how many times are close together, the only difference is driving from the last red part to the end slightly faster or slower. 29 cycles has happened twice on video, with a 1:49.06 and 1:49.54. The least cycles for each lap out of the top 6 times I watched were 4 cycles for Lap 1 and 6 cycles for Laps 2-4. So putting it that way, a 28 cycle LoC could be possible. If we say 1:49.100 is the best then 29 cycles, a 28 cycle LoC could be around 1:45.333. So the best possible time now could be a low 1:45, until there's a PB with a 5 cycle lap past Lap 1 without sacrificing a cycle from another lap. And Heronix exactly said his 1:49 could have been 1:45 if it wasn't for the last lap.

Here are some theoretical times based on how many cycles your run had. Most of the existing runs are close to these times. So we can tell what cycle they were likely on just from the end time. Until sub-29 cycles happens, the best is probably a high 1:48. Actual time can vary because of spinning, speed, timing error, etc. So I guess to finish fast within that cycle you need to focus on your driving once the red road appears on the last part.
