BrazilO rolamento rápido não é um bug, é apenas cancelar rapidamente o ataque. Posso garantir para você que os desenvolvedores SABIAM desse truque e decidiram deixar no jogo: (em 16:10 de vídeo): desenvolvedor do GoW1 disse "For sure the roll cancel was a huge part of the design..."
Não entendi sua opinião de que com a revisão nas regras, "a run easy glitchless do God 3 acabou perdendo sua competitividade". O consenso na nossa comunidade parece ser que as regras glitchless do GoW3 são as melhores. Quais estratégias permitidas antes você acha que deveriam continuar válidas? Havia muitos bugs claros que eram permitidos. E seu argumento de que "todos pararam de competir" é errado, já que a categoria possui 14 competidores desde que as regras mudaram (sem contar os que não postam a run aqui no site).
Não corro o GoW2, mas assisto muitos runners deste jogo e tenho bastante experiência nas runs glitchless do GoW3. Como outros disseram, vendo as runs glitchless do GoW2, fico espantado com alguns dos truques que são permitidos. Eu também pretendo fazer speedrun glitchless do jogo em breve, e jamais seguiria regras tão fracas como essas.
Não posso opinar sobre algumas dessas estratégias específicas, já que não conheço muito bem a run. Como outros disseram, algumas estratégias não são glitches claros e merecem maior discussão, como o rolamento antes do Prometeu e o skip dos pilares após a Euryale. Mas coisas como o skip do olho do Colosso e o skip da cena da manivela antes da Euryale são inquestionavelmente glitches e deveriam ser imediatamente banidos. Queria acrescentar à lista ainda o rolamento após matar o Colosso.
Sou COMPLETAMENTE FAVORÁVEL a uma revisão das regras de speedruns glitchless do GoW2.
I don't run GoW2, but I do watch many runners e have a lot of experience with the glitchless runs of GoW3. As others said, I am astonished with some of the tricks that are allowed in the GoW2 glitchless runs. I also want to run the game soon, and I would never follow rules as weak as these.
I can't opinate on some of these specific stragies, since I don't know the run very well. Like others said, some of the strategies listed are not clear glitches and deserver further discussion, like rolling on the wall before Prometheus, and the pillar skip in the puzzle after Euryale. However, things like the Colossus eye skip, and the crank scene skip before Euryale, are unquestionably glitches and should be immediately banned. I also want to add to the list the roll após killing Colossus.

This runner used a glitch at 46:05 (run time, not video time). He positioned the stones in such a way that the could move Kratos during the cutscene. This effectively skips a cutscene, and is a clear glitch.

This runner uses the jet dash throught the entire second half of the game, which is against the rules for the glitchless categories. To give one example, see the video at 3:18:58. Note that this is just a random example, he uses it many times.
Quoting the rules: "Using the Quick Dash and/or the Jet Dash is forbidden."
Note that I'm not assuming bad intentions, such that he is trying to cheat or anything. He is just a new runner, and didn't know this rule.

Isso aconteceu porque voce cancelou o ataque assim que quebrou o cristal. Nessa parte, nao cancele o ataque com L2 para quebrar o cristal, use apenas o combo normal de quadrado. De fato, voce quebrou tao rápido que o checkpoint foi após ter quebrado o cristal, causando esse soft lock. Esse bug já aconteceu algumas vezes comigo, mas nunca de o checkpoint ser depois de ter quebrado o portao (diferença na versão de ps3, talvez?).
This happened because you canceled the attack (with L2) as soon as you broke the crystal. The checkpoint was set after you glitch-broked the crystal, causing the softlock.
I am requesting the creation of a new misc speedrun category for God of War 3:
VERY HARD FEAR KRATOS GLITCHLESS
The idea is to play with Fear Kratos but without the godly items used in the already-existing Very Hard NG+ Glitchless category, so no infinite magic, items, and rage. No glitches allowed, with the same rules as the standard Very Hard Glitchless category.
The appeal of this category is that Fear Kratos has a 4x multiplier in both attacks dealt and received. The extra care that must be taken during fights makes for an interesting challenge, while at the same time the increased damage allows for new strategies. Balancing these two atributes is expected to create a very fun speedun.
The category has already been played by DEUSDAGUERRA, who got a 3:43:05 time, although he may not submit the run here. I plan to starting running this category right now, after having played all the other glitchless categories. The creation of this category may encourage other runners to play it as well, increasing the longevity of our God of War speedrunning community.
It seems like a silly rule to me.
