I think the devs might've made an error to exclude yourself from your own PB notification. (I'm going to simplify this so everyone can understand) before, it might've looked something like if (OwnUserGetNewPB == true){ (User gets) Notification_verified(); } if (UserGetNewPB == true){ (Everyone except the user gets) Notification_NewPB(); } But now it looks like if (OwnUserGetNewPB == true){ (User gets) Notification_verified(); } if (UserGetNewPB == true){ (Everyone gets) Notification_NewPB(); } (Yes I know it's messy, no I'm not fixing it) It's a simple error that is often overlooked, it should be an easy fix if this is brought to the devs attention. It could very well be a different error, but this is the most likely problem in this situation.
I don´t know know if this is the correct thread to post this but I keep having notifications for a game that I don't follow anymore and I've tried everything but still nothing has been solved yet
I don't even have bolded text anymore
@Meta has said about this
Is there a way to make it only give notifications for full game leaderboards? I really dont care about 40 second il runs and dont want to be emailed about them.
There used to be, but they removed it for some reason.
Now not only am I getting a ton of spam notifications for games that have a lot of tied IL records like worlds hardest game and the new super Mario bros games, I'm also getting top 3 runs notifications for all these ILs as well since there I had notifications on for top 3 full game runs before the update.
You can now again filter followed game notifications by FG / IL separately. The IL settings are off by default.
@Camcorder, "full-game" should be stylised as "full game" instead. Due to the latter being probably more popular since "full game" is used in the Leaderboards dropdown, on game pages.
