I have no idea how to make a new speedrunning category (I want to make a sub category for example something like Nipple% in mario) Could somebody help me out.

Go to the game's forums and ask in there if theyll add it. Even though im sure this category exists already (if you are talking about smo)

Also you need to have a speedrun.com account for longer than 7 days

The age of your account has no bearing on requesting a category unless the community says so. Every community/LB has their own requirements for requesting categories.
