The first 4 are all Streets of Rage 2 players, though Pikachu is probably better known for running various NES games & winning the most recent big 20. Alex Mironov didn't do much speedrunning, but I watched his vids when learning how to beat mania difficulty in that game. I only know of st4nzzz due to twitch raids, but it seems he's a well regarded NES runner.
I've seen a few more CIS runners here and there, but not well enough to recall them offhand.
Only know him because he got the world record right as me and SPN took over for Draw a Stickman: EPIC.

CIS is kinda a region of the world known as the Commonwealth of Independent States. Those countries include Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
