Any tips on sweaty hands?

When I am doing runs my hands starts sweating alot after an hour. I use a towel, but it doesn't always help. My hands is just as sweaty a few minutes later. https://mobdro.onl/ I can practice for hours without sweating, so maybe I get more stressed out during runs which causes my hands to sweat much? I also tried wearing gloves which helped a little bit, but it's still hard to control the character when my controller is full of sweat. https://vidmate.onl/ Any tips would be appreciated.

I would recommend getting controller grips like these https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/584236665527336960/973926603723771934/unknown.png This should be able to help you grip comfortably while your hands are sweaty.

Singapore

Aside from grip controllers, you can get grip-enhancer lotions or you can use baking soda with water. Just mix then rub on your palms for like 5 minutes then wash your hands.

"Certain foods and beverages trigger sweat. Onion, garlic, jalapeño, alcohol and caffeine are the biggest culprits."

"Drinking water to reduce sweating is probably a no-brainer. By keeping your body cool, you won’t kick your sweat response into gear to lower your internal temperature."

My rule. 1:1 caffeine:water. Water is used as a chaser. Set a water bot up in chat or some 15 minute alarm to remind you to take a sip of water. If you're in a humid climate like Florida, goal should be 1 gallon water per day.

Get a digital humidity monitor, cheap $10 thing. Check how accurate it is (+/- 8% or whatever). Aim to keep it between 40-50%. Above 50%, your sweat doesn't evaporate. Below 20% can even dry out your eyes. If it's something you can't lower. There's like $20 portable dehumidifiers that you can blow very dry air around your hands.
