We might need to add some rules for the future speedruns.

For example there is a command called "setmaxfps" which lets you limit the maximum fps to a certain number. This command is very overpowered since it lets you do tricks which are impossible in 120 fps. (it is also a required command in Loony Park since you cannot collect a secret in 120 fps)

Also there are Binds commands which lets you bind a certain command to a certain key like "bind NUMPAD1 setmaxfps 30" and skips the whole process of writing the command in the console. (The only negative aspect is that we don't know if a player has introduced a command or not by using binds)

The BOOH Cards and BOOH Weapons should be allowed in a Any% speedrun since it is a glitch/bug but the only problem is that it would be available only for the Black Edition version since it has the HGaH and BOOH in the same game, but in the 1.64 version it wouldn't count for the Any% version. Should we add another category for this as well like an Any% HGaH and Any% BOOH?

Also what should we do about the german version of the game, it does some modifications to the game due to the Germany censorship here is an example to the Orphanage:

I added a new rule, in 100% speedrun, you are forbidden to use Greed tarot card. Because if you collect a ring dropped by a monster it will add up to the gold counter due to a bug.

Hello. There are a few other kind of runs that would be nice to have a category for. For example one category for all kills, stars and tarotcard unlocking but not required gold or souls. Full game and individual levels. That category could also have the rule that you can only use what have been unlocked in previous levels when it comes to weapons and tarotcards. Timeing should be real time instead of the score timer in game if you use hastecards.
