E: well, it does, I guess. ![alt text] (image link) (without the backslashes) does nothing, I have found it here

This site deosn't support Markdown, only BBCode, here's a list of all codes: https://www.speedrun.com/The_Site/thread/4tvn8/1#iftju

@Patrick_ remove all special characters from your alt text field and it works w/o a problem.

@blueYOSHI SRC switched to use Markdown partially, for example italic, bold and urls are now completely using markdown. if you use BBCode, try editing your post, you will see all your BBCode has been removed automatically by the site and replaced it w/ Markdown.

For what it's worth, any rules you have in existing games/categories that were written with BBCode still have that code in, it doesn't get replaced. Confused me for a little bit when I went to edit some.

Since the site is using markdown now, is that documented anywhere? I noticed that, for instance: Bold works.

Probably didn't need to bump this 6 month old thread for this.

But yeah, would be useful to have a markdown guide for the site.

This is like one of the few situations where a bump is fine lol
