As long as you don't gain any EXP it counts as a Pacifist run, so yes.

I don't agree with this. I feel like killing a monster in Pacifist is a done deal run killer. The only enemy it doesn't matter for is the Frog at the beginning cause what route you decide to take doesn't start until you fall after pressing the switch.

You only gain EXP by killing monsters though so we're making the exact same point.
