If I were to speedrun on emulator how would I do it on a Android?

I want to make a Pokemon red speedrun

Ask the communities if Android emulators are allowed, then just download the allowed emulator. But Android emulators are probably usually banned because theyre not too accurate unlike PC emus.

Find the emulator that works the best on Android, pick the game you want to speedrun, try to beat it as fast as possible.
