A month is a bit short. If it was 6 months I'd probably do it. Also, really common usernames are bleh in general IMO, but that's probably beside the point here.
I mean, it's obvious he isn't going to actually use the account... but okay, it's fine if you can't...
Changed name. It's not a huge deal, just changing it 3+ times gets to be a bit much.

Edit: As pointed out this can be fixed by game mods instead of admins if you're in the same situation.
It's not really much trouble for admins to handle these requests in obvious cases like this, but it was done before I got here.
